During the unloading phase Allied didn't get the extra helpers that was needed on the del part. The extra help hired for del never showed up to help the del tm. The driver said he called the extra help a day before but they still didn't show up.

Keeping in touch and the reputation of the service based on other employees relocating most influenced my rating. There was a miscommunication as far as the number. It was no one's fault. The movers tried to call, but they were given the wrong number.

The customer service and communication went extremely smoothly. Also, the driver was very personable.

The person who coordinated my move was good. Greg was so calm, collected, and did a great job being a leader. He kept them on task and motivated. He handled everything.

The service exceeded my expectations. The team was great. The driver was fantastic, real professional, and runs a tight ship.

I thought just the treatment and professionalism. Also the timeliness and reliability of departure and arrival times. The whole process was just outstanding.

They answered a lot of my questions and did a non binding estimate. Just the fact that I knew they were big enough where I would get an affiliated driver and not just anyone. They did a shuttle thing and I didn't want a shuttle so some items did not arrive. It seemed like the driver glossed over the mismatch of the numbers and disregarded the missing items.

I liked the way everything was handled & we were kept in contact through everything. The coordinator, Nora, stayed in constant contact with us throughout the entire process. The driver was fine but I was not happy with the helper. The helper did not want to be there, no personality & was the complete opposite of driver.

I had heard bad things about moving companies & everyone made me feel comfortable. They set my mind at ease.

All the people that I talked to were polite. They did what they were supposed to do in an efficient manner. It's great when you don't have to move by yourself. It was a good experience.

I was very pleased with how everything went from start to finish. I had the same moving crew from a while ago & they remembered things from that move,& they were extremely wonderful during my move.

The crew was very good and was one of the best crews that I have ever seen during a move. The driver, the crew, and the local agent was outstanding. If and when I move again I would like to request the same crew.

Everything went the way it was suppose to go. I had a couple of bad moves but Daniel was the driver and Mitzi the sales person both did a great job.

The overall move/ The evaluation process all the way to the movers also the way the things were being delivered.

The driver who was in charge of packing and unpacking checked in on me and kept me informed. They crew was very courteous when they setup a baby grand piano. They were very courteous to me while they were in my home. The piano went to my daughter's home and the rest went into storage.

Allied was easy to work with and was on time. I was contacted all the time. I have already told my friends to use Allied. Mike and the driver was great.

I would say because of all the people that worked with me such as the coordinator, the movers, and the driver.

I was extremely satisfied with this move. The whole process from first contact until delivery I was shown outstanding communication. The cust serv rep Lukas Tuttle from Oklahoma was outstanding. He kept me informed. The driver made me very comfortable with the move.

THE OVERALL EXECUTION FROM BEGINGING TO END, THE SALES, EXPLAINING. THE PERFORMANCE OF PACKERS & DRIVER. MICHEAL THE AGENT WAS GOOD, VERONICA WAS GREAT ALSO. JAREK GADEK THE MOVER WAS EXCELLENT. ONLY ONE KNOB CAME OFF.

I would tell everyone in the whole world. They were very professional. I felt very secure w/ my family's possessions. I felt very trustworthy having them move my belongings for miles. Everything was already packed. They did a great job in putting the bags in the boxes. I was very pleased. They were very friendly & courteous. I was very happy with the move that took place.

Beverly contacted me for everything, and she made sure that everything was on point. The guys who picked up my stuff and the guys who delivered my stuff were friendly.

The driver and the crew was very efficient and they assisted in moving awkward items into different places if needed.

They were no negative actions and the process went well. I called my rep because I couldn't find a piece of furniture, and no one called me back. However I did find the piece I was looking for.

Everything else was great,the only concern was with the piano.I would have liked it if Allied would have asked me where I wanted my piano because I wanted it on the second floor. The driver did everything great.I would recoomend Allied.Allied should have asked me where to put mypiano because now I have to ship the piano to the second floor.Everything else was great.

They were very good. Regarding the storage i want them to call me or send me a email they have yet to do so.

The packing of everything, even the mattresses was put in boxes. It was raining and they wrapped our furniture so it would not get wet ,. they were excellent.

They came when they said they would. They were professional, thorough, and clean. They also were friendly.

The move went smoothly. I did not have any problems. My load was under the weight that was given. I was told that I would get a refund. The refund takes up to 6 weeks.

The team did everything when they said they would. This is probably the 4th move I've had with Allied and I've always had good luck with the company. That's why I stick with them.

This was a corporate move and we had a corporate person take care of everything. It was really easy. I didn't have to do anything.

They were careful with my goods. Todd I told him how I wanted it handle they came prepare for that. I got my goods early on the 17th instead of 29th.I was satisfied. I have use Allied several times before, it's been excellent service each time. The driver walked some of my house hold goods, because of the hill he wasn't able to drive up to my storage unit.

They were easy to deal with, they knew the process very well, they kept me informed. The driver, Kevin, was a pro, and one of the best. The shipper, Kevin, went out of his way to help w/ my packing. I have been in the military for 30 years, w/ many moves. This move was the best.

The professionalism of the sales person and the coordinator. They were not overly professional in our house. They were very sympathetic to my mom and could not have been nicer. Everything I asked was done and the men at mom's house were extremely helpful.

Allied did an excellent job on everything, especially the crew. The crew couldn't set up 2 pieces of furn because it was too big to get into the house but that was not their fault. Price was good.

Allied made an extra effort to get the piano across thorugh the gravel. They asnwered my emails and phone calls right away. They also took the door off its hinges to get the piano out the door.

They got everything here on time in one piece, was friendly, and worked hard. It was a great experience.

The crew that loaded my belongings, I was very impressed with them. They loaded it and covered it. Some of the boxes were upside down and bent, a little rough on the handling. I found a couple of items mishandled

I rated a ten because of the helpfulness, being in touch and the creativity for the situations that seemed to be challenging helped a lot.

The crew did a outstanding job and I was amazed as to how quickly it went, they were very careful and nice, you would want them as your neighbors.

Everything. From the first person to come to our house, to the driver and his crew. The friendliness. It was the best move I ever had.

They handled the move really nice. The handle on my refridgerator was messed up when they took it off. Everything is still boxed because I'm going to move back to Alabama.

IT WAS MOST FANTASTIC. FROM BEGINNING TO END AND I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THAT. YES I HAD SOME THINGS THAT HAD TO MOVE AND WRAPPED UP THE GRANDFATHER CLOCK AND HE DID A GOOD JOB. IT WAS SENTIMENTAL AND HE TREATED IT AS SUCH. I DIDN'T GET TO BUY LUNCH FOR THE CREW AND DRIVER.

The move was an easy process & Allied was lower priced than the competition. My pick up time was 10 - 11 am and the crew did not arrive until 4 pm. It was the local crew who showed up late. I was not there when they arrived and I had to rush for a flight.

Allied Van lines handled things very professionally they were kind and thoughtful. And they also did a great job.

Everything was extremely well done. Everyone was excellent and there is no reason why I would tell someone not to use Allied Van Lines.

The overall experience was good. Everyone was top-notch, they were very efficient, they were very courteous, and they made everything look so easy.

The level of service I received from the coordinator, driver & crew. My belongings are still in storage.

The workers did well, but I think Allied should think of a different choice of drivers or contacts. This might hold me back from using them again.

I liked how painless the move was & how fast and careful they were with our belongings; very courteous.

They were able to deliver our goods three days before we thought they were going to. They went above and beyond and they worked with me.

The ease of service. The driver was on time. The only disappointment I had was the chip on the sofa. I had a few items that were chipped and missing.

The fact that once the crew got here and unloaded my stuff they were courteous and took their time and made sure everything was accounted for before they left. I just needed the call to confirm when the arrival was. It was taken care of. They missed the first day but I was able to reschedule. It was my fault.

The whole experience was good. The person who did the estimate did a good job as well. We were informed throughout the process.

I wouldn't recommend it to family or friends theycould use a cheaper rate. For collegues, I wouldsuggest.

The driver/crew was professional, always on time, they did what they promised, and they took care of us.

First of all when I was looking for a mover, Allied had high ratings. From the packing to delivery it was fantastic. We've moved all over the world, and this was the best moving experience we've had.

Everything was done with extra care. The movers were really great to work with. Everything was handled very smoothly. I asked the movers to label everything accordingly and they were very patient with me and they were just wonderful during the move. Gina was excellent. She had constant communication with me.

The driver was really good as well as everyone that we worked with, they got us packed and moved in only 2 weeks.

The overall professionalism and courtesy. They gave me more than one estimate. I felt like I was in really good hands. I felt comfortable. I would like the contact info for the driver to send him something. Bobby Tayler is the drivers name. If not could he give me a call. Allied did a great job.

They're willing to help. Meeting me at the first location, packing, loading, driving and delivering on time. I was extremely pleased. It was amazing with how willing they were able to move things around. I would definitely use all 3 again.

I had four companies I looked at, national companies. Allied was the lowest cost. I went with Allied and was very pleased. I got my money worth. We weren't satisfied with the description of the packers on the box. There is room for improvements. The movers were local as well. The packers didn't pack everything so movers finished.

I had another company and told them to come in twice and they never showed, and then I went Allied on Google and it was done.
